VOLL BOT Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VOLL Games ("VOLL Games," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the VOLL BOT Discord application (the "Bot"). By using the Bot, invoking its commands, interacting with its components, or participating in a Discord server where it is enabled, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. Eligibility and Discord Terms

You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's applicable terms and minimum-age requirements. Your use of the Bot must also comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, Discord Developer policies where applicable, the rules of each server in which the Bot operates, and applicable law.

2. Description of the Service

The Bot provides community and server-management functions that may include moderation, support tickets, staff administration, activity levels and rewards, temporary voice channels, role and permission management, automated responses, Roblox-related workflows, server statistics, public-feed delivery, and other features configured by server administrators.

Features may differ between servers and may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time. Some features depend on Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, databases, artificial- intelligence providers, or other third-party services that we do not control.

3. Server Administrators

Administrators who add or configure the Bot are responsible for:

• Granting only the permissions required for the features they choose to use.
• Configuring commands, channels, roles, moderation rules, and automated actions appropriately.
• Informing server members that the Bot operates in the server and directing them to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• Ensuring their use of the Bot complies with Discord's rules, applicable law, and their own server policies.
• Reviewing sensitive or consequential automated output before relying on it.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use or attempt to use the Bot to:

• Violate any law, Discord policy, third-party right, or server rule.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
• Distribute malware, malicious links, spam, scams, or content designed to compromise accounts or systems.
• Abuse commands, evade moderation, manipulate activity systems, obtain unauthorized rewards, or disrupt the Bot or a server.
• Probe, reverse engineer, bypass, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot, its credentials, databases, infrastructure, or protected features.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to use, including unlawful personal information or infringing material.
• Use automated accounts or scripts to interact with the Bot except where we have expressly authorized that use.

5. User Content and Evidence

You remain responsible for messages, files, evidence, reports, commands, and other material you submit through the Bot ("User Content"). You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

You grant VOLL Games a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, process, reproduce, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and support the Bot and the relevant Discord community. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information.

6. Moderation and Automated Actions

The Bot may help authorized server staff apply warnings, timeouts, bans, role changes, game-related restrictions, ticket decisions, and other moderation or administrative actions. These actions are performed under the relevant server's configuration and staff authority. VOLL Games does not guarantee that every automated detection, calculation, synchronization, or recommendation will be complete or error-free.

Appeals or disputes concerning a server-specific moderation decision should first be directed to that server's authorized staff. We may investigate abuse of the Bot and may preserve limited records where necessary for security, accountability, or dispute resolution.

7. AI Chat Features

The Bot may provide optional AI-generated chat responses to general questions and simple server-help requests, such as explaining where to open a support ticket. Messages submitted to this feature may be sent to a third-party AI provider only to generate the requested response.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and are provided for general assistance only. They do not replace server staff or professional advice. Users should not submit passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the AI chat feature.

8. Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, sharing, and deletion of information is described in the VOLL BOT Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that policy. Server administrators remain responsible for any separate data practices they conduct using information obtained through their server or staff tools.

9. Availability and Changes

The Bot is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, third-party service changes, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every notification, preservation of every record, or compatibility with every server configuration.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Bot for a user or server when we reasonably believe these Terms, Discord policies, or applicable law have been violated, or when access creates security, legal, or operational risk. Server administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

11. Intellectual Property

The Bot, its original code, branding, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to VOLL Games and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Bot as provided through Discord. They do not transfer ownership of the Bot or VOLL Games branding.

12. Third-Party Services

Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, databases, public feeds, and other integrations operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or content obtained from them. Your use of those services may create a direct relationship between you and the relevant provider.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLL Games and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, reputation, revenue, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Bot, third-party services, server administration, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or User Content that infringes another person's rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Bot, our providers, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The revised Terms will show a new effective date on this page. Continued use of the Bot after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the Bot.

17. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and VOLL Games concerning the Bot, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
